If you’re considering a New Jersey or New York City dinner cruise, here are some answers to some frequently asked questions that can help you plan your experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Canceling 48+ hours prior: $10 fee.
• Canceling 24-48 hours prior: $20 fee.
• Canceling less than 24 hours or no-shows: $30 fee.

What if it is raining?

• All our cruises are rain-or-shine events. If you wish to reschedule your reservation, you may do so in accordance with the customer cancellation policy and rescheduling fees above.

Is gratuity included in my ticket price?

• Gratuities are not included in your cruise ticket price or the administrative fee. Our dining room staff makes every effort to provide you with the best possible service. You may, at your discretion, leave a gratuity while onboard the cruise. We encourage you to add gratuity to your beverage purchases or provide cash tips directly to any member of our dining room staff. Our staff appreciates it!

Are my children welcome on the cruises? 

• Besides our cocktail cruises, children are welcome on all our cruises! We ask that you please supervise your children’s behavior so that other passengers’ experience is not impacted.

Do you have booster seats and highchairs on board?

• We do not have booster seats or high chairs available on board, and infants and children under 3 years old are not provided seats and are expected to be seated on adult laps. If you wish to have your child under three or infant seated, you must purchase a child 3-9 ticket.
• Be advised that infant and child car seats can’t block aisles or cause other unsafe conditions. Ship personnel can require infant and child car seats/strollers to be stowed away in the event of a safety issue.

Are the ships handicap accessible?

• Hoboken port is not handicap accessible, and access at Perth Amboy is limited due to tide fluctuations. If you have special needs or require handicap accessibility, please contact our customer service number: 732-697-9500 PRIOR to completing your booking.

Can I reserve tables in the dining room?

• Yes, all reservations will be seated as a group table unless an upgrade to a private table has been purchased for an additional fee prior to sailing. We will make our best effort to accommodate a group seating of multiple reservations at the same table or in the same area of the dining room, but we can’t guarantee seating accommodation.
• The cost for a private table upgrade fee in Perth Amboy is $10 a person
• The cost for a private table in Hoboken is $20 a person.

Are all boats open to the public, or can I book a private cruise?

• Yes, we do offer private cruise ships for events.

Is the boat smoking or non-smoking?

• The interiors of all vessels are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the outside walking deck of all ships.

What is the dress code?

• All our New Jersey & New York City dinner cruises are business casual. Jeans, sneakers, T-shirts, and warmups are discouraged on this cruise.
• The lunch and brunch cruises are casual attire.
