No Refund
All open to the public cruise ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
You may cancel your reservation and reschedule to a future date subject to the following rescheduling fees:
Customer Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling Fees
● Canceling 48 hours or more prior to your sailing date, a $10 per person rescheduling fee will be applied
● Canceling within 24 hours to your sailing date, a $20 per person rescheduling fee will be applied
● Canceling less than 24 hours to your sailing date or no-shows, a $30 per person rescheduling fee will be applied.NOTE: Please arrive at the dock on-time. All sailings depart on scheduled timetable. Departures will not be delayed to accommodate passengers who are late arriving to the dock. In the event you arrive at the dock late and boarding has been completed, your reservation shall be cancelled and considered a cancellation without notice (ie. no show)
Rain or Shine Event
All public cruises are rain or shine events. In the event you wish to reschedule your reservation you may do so in accordance with our customer cancellation policy and rescheduling fees above.
Cruise Line Delayed or Cancelled Cruises
Your safety is our most important concern. In the event of inclement weather, mechanical issues, safety issues or other unforeseen issues that may arise, the cruise line management and/or the captain of the ship has the authority to alter the cruise route or choose to not sail.
In the event the cruise does not sail one of the following may occur:
● The cruise will not sail and will operate dockside providing the full dining experience. No Refunds will be provided.
● The cruise will not board. In this event, every effort will be made to contact passengers in advance by email, SMS text and/or a phone call. Passengers may elect to reschedule for a future cruise without a rescheduling fee. No Refunds will be provided.
Administrative Fee
At time of reservation an administrative fee shall be charged. The administrative fee shall be equal to a percentage of the published full price of the ticket and may change from time to time. This administrative fee is not a gratuity and shall be used at the sole discretion of the cruise line. Administrative fees are typically used to offset docking costs, security costs, fuel cost fluctuations, maintenance costs and compliance costs as well as other costs.
Current Administrative Fee is equal to 23% of the current published full fare ticket price.
Sales Tax
All ticket purchases and voucher redemptions are subject to New Jersey sales tax. At the time of reservation sales tax will be charged based on current published full fare ticket prices. The current New Jersey sales tax rate is 6.625%.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in your cruise ticket price or the administrative fee. Every effort is made by our dining room staff to provide you with the best service possible. You may at your discretion leave a gratuity while onboard the cruise. We encourage you to add gratuities to your beverage purchases and/or provide cash tips directly to any member of our dining room staff. Our staff will truly appreciate your gratitude.
Credit Card Payment
If you make a purchase on our website, by phone or in-person with a credit card, we use a third party payment gateway and processor to complete the transaction. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.
Infants & Children – No High Chairs or Booster Seats Available
● Behavior – Children are welcome on all of our cruises. Please supervise your children’s behavior so that other passengers experience is not impacted.
● No high chairs or booster seats are available. Infants and children under 3 years old are not provided seats and are expected to be seated on an adults lap. If you wish to have your infant or child under 3 seated in a chair you must purchase a “Child 3 – 9” ticket.
● Be advised that infant and child car seats and strollers cannot block isles or cause other unsafe conditions. Ship personnel can require infant and child car seats and strollers be stowed away in the event of a safety issue.
Dining Room Seating
● Our dining room seating is policy is as follows:
● Reservations will be seated at a group table unless an upgrade to a private table is purchased for an additional fee (subject to availability) prior to sailing. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Current private table upgrade fee for cruises departing Perth Amboy port is $10 per person.
Current private table upgrade fee for cruises departing Hoboken port is $20 per person.● We will make our best effort to accommodate group seating of multiple reservations at the same table or same area of the ships dining room, however; we cannot guarantee seating accommodations.
Handicap Accessibility
● Boarding access at Hoboken Port is not handicap accessible. Handicap accessibility at Perth Amboy Port is limited. This is a result of ship and dock elevations fluctuating as a result of changing tides. If you have special needs or require handicap accessibility please contact customer service at (732-697-9500)”PRIOR” to completing your booking.

We take reservations for both public and private cruises for both large and small groups.

Handicap accessibility is subject to pier, tide, weather, and safety conditions at the time of departure and arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however; we cannot guarantee handicap accessibility at all piers at all times.

The interiors for all of the vessels are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the outside walking decks on all ships.

The CCL’s Dinner Cruise is Business Casual. Jeans, sneakers, T-shirts, and warm-ups are discouraged on this cruise. The lunch and brunch cruises are casual attire.

CCL prepares all the food that is served during the event on board. Based on the dining room service provided for your specific cruise you will either be served from a buffet or give your entree orders when you get on board.

CCL does not offer valet parking and we are not affiliated with any parking facilities or garages. At our Hoboken NJ location, there is metered street parking and paid public parking garages located on 14th Street (the same as the pier) as well as 12th Street. At our Perth Amboy location there is a large free of charge parking area adjacent to our pier.

Departing from Hoboken NJ all public Dinner cruises sail in New York Harbor and the adjacent waterways of New York and New Jersey subject to the specific cruise route, weather and sailing conditions.
Departing from Perth Amboy NJ all public Dinner, Saturday Lunch, and Brunch Cruises our ships sail toward the Verrazano Bridge on the inland waterways of New York and New Jersey subject to the specific cruise route, weather and sailing conditions. We do not sail to New York harbor from Perth Amboy unless the cruise route is stated otherwise during the booking process.

Customers can make reservations up to one and a half hours prior to boarding subject to availability, however; we recommend that our customers make their reservations several weeks in advance.

We sail year-round. During the wintertime, you need to check availability for any cruise you are looking for.

All public cruises are rain or snow events. In the event you wish to reschedule your reservation you may do so in accordance with our passenger policies and rescheduling fees.
You may cancel your reservation, and reschedule a future date subject to the following rescheduling fees:
- Cancel and Reschedule your Reservation with 48 hours or more advance notice (2 days or more before the cruise) – $10 per person rescheduling fee will be applied.
- Cancel and Reschedule your Reservation with 24 hours advance notice (1 day before the cruise) – $20 per person rescheduling fee will be applied.
- Cancel and Reschedule your Reservation on the day of the cruise OR not showing up for the cruise (i.e., “no show”) – $30 per person rescheduling fee will be applied.

All public cruises have a D.J.
Private cruises can have entertainment provided by the customer or booked through cornucopias event staff.

At this time CCL does not provide specialty or birthday cakes. You are welcome to bring a small cake on board that will be kept on your table, we will provide all the necessary plates and utensils for you to cut and serve your cake to your guests.
If you do not want to provide a cake, we also have candles on board that can be placed in a slice of our delicious desserts by placing a request with your server.

Ticketless entry – Please bring your booking receipt or have it available for display on your mobile device. You will be asked to provide your confirmation number or last name when boarding the ship. Make sure that you and all of your guests have a government-issued ID when boarding.

There are no age restrictions for most of our cruises. All minors, age 17 and under, require adult supervision.
Please supervise your children’s behavior so that other passengers’ experience is not impacted.

Yes! Electronic Gift Certificates are available on our website! You may choose to send the gift certificate directly to the recipient or send it to yourself so you can print it to give as a gift!

Our Corporate Office located at 401 Riverview Drive, Perth Amboy, NJ is open every day 9AM to 5 PM. Reservations can be made at this location and cash payment are accepted.

Upon boarding the host/hostess will check you in and a staff member will direct you to your assigned table(s). We assign seats based on capacity and needs for each cruise.
SEPARATE RESERVATIONS/GROUP SEATING:
With 48 hours or more advance notice, we will make our best effort to accommodate group seating for all of your guests at the same table(s) and/or area of the ships dining room, however; we cannot guarantee seating accommodations. Requests for group seating upon boarding will not be accepted or accommodated.

Anywhere from 2-10 people may be seated at one table, depending on the total number of individuals on the ship during a given cruise. If your party requires more than one table, we will ensure that they are located next to each other.
